Successful and respected provider of skilled nursing in Iowa has a SNF southeast of Des Moines that needs an ADON, either a Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse (RN or LPN in IA) who has previously held a supervisory role in a skilled nursing facility setting for a stable 2-3 years and is ready to advance.
This opportunity is strong, with very competitive pay and generous benefits.
- Pay for an RN candidate ranges from $80K for a beginner to $124K for one with strong tenure and previous clinical supervisory experience in a skilled nursing facility.
- Pay for an LPN candidate ranges from $62K for a beginner to $92K for one with strong tenure and previous clinical supervisory experience in a skilled nursing facility.
