ABOUT THE ROLE
St. Joseph Residence is a uniquely rewarding place to lead. As ADON at this intimate 22-bed skilled nursing facility — home exclusively to the Sisters of the community — you'll step into a role defined by purpose, stability, and genuine human connection. The residents here are largely stable with minimal care requirements, which means your energy goes toward thoughtful leadership and building an exceptional care environment rather than constant clinical crisis management.
Reporting to the Director of Nursing and Administrator, you'll help guide daily nursing operations, mentor your team, and carry forward a tradition of compassionate, mission-driven care. On-call rotation is one weekend per month — predictable and manageable.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Active RN license; graduate of an accredited nursing program
At least one year of experience in long-term care
At least one year in a supervisory or clinical leadership role
