Qualifications:

  • Current RN license in the state of Virginia (required)

  • Minimum 5 years of Assistant Director of Nursing experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting (required)

  • Strong clinical, leadership, and communication skills

  • Experience with survey readiness, policy development, and regulatory compliance

  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams

  • Experience in a continuing care retirement community (CCRC) and non-profit organization preferred

  • Passion for mentoring staff and promoting a culture of excellence in care
