Qualifications:
-
Current RN license in the state of Virginia (required)

Minimum 5 years of Assistant Director of Nursing experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting (required)

Strong clinical, leadership, and communication skills

Experience with survey readiness, policy development, and regulatory compliance

Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams

Experience in a continuing care retirement community (CCRC) and non-profit organization preferred

Passion for mentoring staff and promoting a culture of excellence in care
