We are seeking an accomplished Executive Director to lead a beautiful, high-end senior living community located in a desirable suburb south of Pittsburgh. This emerging community is part of a premier senior living provider known for quality, innovation, and resident-centered care.

The Executive Director will be supported by a dedicated sales/marketing team and strong organizational resources, allowing the leader to focus on culture, occupancy growth, operational excellence, and exceptional resident experience.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Proven experience as an Executive Director in Senior Living (Assisted Living, Independent Living, and/or Memory Care)

  • Expert knowledge of Pennsylvania state regulations

  • Documented success in:

    • Regulatory state surveys

    • Occupancy growth

    • Culture transformation and team engagement

    • Financial management and budgeting

  • Strong business acumen with the ability to balance hospitality, care, and financial performance

  • Demonstrated solid tenure and stability with previous employers

  • Collaborative leadership style with excellent communication skills

  • Deep empathy and a genuine love for working with seniors
