Nursing Home Administrator – Columbus, GA
LeaderStat is assisting a respected faith-based, not-for-profit senior care organization in the search for an experienced Nursing Home Administrator to lead its skilled nursing facility in Columbus, Georgia.
This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned LNHA who enjoys leading teams, improving culture, strengthening operations, and driving strong survey and clinical outcomes.

• Proven SNF leadership experience
• Strong survey and regulatory history
• Excellent staff leadership and team-building skills
• Comfortable holding teams accountable and making difficult personnel decisions
• Strong understanding of staffing, labor costs, budgets, QAPI and Medicaid operations
• Systems-oriented and data-driven leadership style
Compensation: Approximately $120K–$140K, depending on experience, plus a strong benefits package.
