Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA)
H&G Nursing Home in West Union, Ohio is seeking an experienced Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) to provide overall leadership and operational oversight of the facility. The Administrator will be responsible for ensuring high-quality resident care, regulatory compliance, employee engagement, financial performance, and a positive experience for residents and their families.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead daily nursing home operations and clinical/service delivery.
- Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations and maintain survey readiness.
- Recruit, develop, and retain a strong leadership and caregiving team.
- Monitor quality, resident satisfaction, staffing, and financial performance.
- Build strong relationships with residents, families, employees, physicians, and the local community.
- Drive a culture focused on quality care, accountability, and resident-centered service.
Qualifications:
- Current Ohio Nursing Home Administrator License (LNHA).
- Prior nursing home/SNF leadership experience.
- Strong communication, organizational, and team-building skills.
- Proven ability to lead a team and manage day-to-day operations effectively
