Job Title: Administrative - Hospital Accountant
Position Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Hourly Pay Range: $36.05 - $52.88/hour
Job Summary: We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated professional for an Accountant role in Coos Bay, OR. As an Accountant, you will maintain financial records and ensure that financial transactions are properly recorded. Ensure the accuracy of entries to ledger accounts and reconcile subsidiary ledger accounts to the general ledger. Ensure the integrity of accounting information that is recorded into hospital financial systems. This is a permanent, full-time position with opportunities for professional growth and development.
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of progressive accounting experience, preferably with experience in a hospital setting
- BS in Accounting, Business Administration, or related degree (Associate’s degree with at least 5 years relevant Accounting experience accepted in lieu of bachelor’s degree)
- Advanced degree or CPA preferred
